Brandon K. Lovin
President / Owner
Brandon Lovin founded Brandon K. Lovin Contracting Company in 1996. In 1999 the company incorporated changing the name to Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. Brandon is owner and President of the company. He is responsible for long and short range financial planning, job cost analysis, senior estimator/project manager and proposal review. Brandon has over 23 years experience in the contract mowing industry, 17 of those years as Owner/President of Lovin Contracting Company, Inc.
Vice President / Owner
Haley began working for Brandon K. Lovin Contracting in 1999 as office manager. After the company incorporated in late 1999, she was promoted to Corporate Secretary-Treasurer. She is currently Vice President of Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. Her primary focus includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. accounting department, and all financial record departments within the company, employee benefit plans, compensation and serves as company EEO officer.
Lindsey joined Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. in 2009. She has over 8 years of experience in customer service and human resources. Initially she joined Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. to assist the Vice President in office management, and in 2011 she was promoted to executive secretary. Her job duties include: job cost record keeping, expense reporting and job cost management, computer analysis, policy administrator, human resources, employee relations, safety administrator and record keeping, and data entry. Lindsey’s favorite quality that Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. possesses is its strong family and moral values.
Miranda M. Buchanan
Marketing & Advertising / Webpage Design
Miranda began working with Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. in January of 2014. She has studied business administration at Western Carolina University and also has previous work experience at local realty offices and other contracting companies. Miranda’s duties consist of maintaining our webpages and social networking pages, and also dealing with various aspects of marketing, including creating brochures, billboards, business cards, and other forms of advertisements.
Safety and Risk Management
Mitch joined Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. in May of 2013. He has 13 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the company’s Safety and Risk Management Programs.
Project Management & Safety
Jason graduated from Appalachian State University. He has worked with Phillips & Jordan and for Graham County in Robbinsville, North Carolina. His duties include, but are not limited to, visiting jobs to make sure work is being performed in a safe and timely manner. This also includes making sure all required and precautionary lights, signs, and equipment are properly in place.
Supervisor / Shop Manager
Ricky has over 30 years experience in interstate mowing. He started working with Beacher Orr Contracting right out of high school and worked his way up to job supervisor within his first two years. When Beacher Orr Contracting moved their operations to Florida in 2000, Ricky started working with Lovin Contracting as a shop mechanic supervisor. In 2003, Ricky took over the Jobs Supervisor position, as well as continuing to perform his duties as shop supervisor. During the peak mowing season, Ricky manages job performance, safety, and contract regulations on all open contracts and is also responsible for 50 employees. Ricky holds certificates from OSHA Training and Construction Safety & Health Training.
David joined the Lovin Contracting team in summer of 2017. After he received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina, he then served in the United States Navy for over four years. He went on to complete law school at Washburn University. David is truly as asset to the Lovin Contracting Company, Inc. team.
